Our Mission
Reyada Association is a local nonprofit association founded with the aim of inspiring young people, developing their skills in entrepreneurship, and helping them acquire the personal skills necessary to meet the requirements of the labor market. The mission of the association is centered on working for the development of the local economy through the following three axes:
- The economic development
- Developing the skills of the human element
- Inculcating an entrepreneurial mindset at an early age
Clubs & Programs
1-/ Entrepreneurship :
an annual program where the association has trained more than 500 high school students for 5 seasons (editions) in the field of entrepreneurship. in this program the association simulates the company procedures ( from choosing the product until its marketing ) where each high school is represented by a company formed from 6 to 10 members according to the company structure ( manager, produce manager, marketing manager...) and the program which long for 6 month ends with a competition where the winning companies won various trophies based on the jury committee selection
a tiny version of Our Company program designed for Middle school students to simulate the company procedures, more than 25 students are trained each year for a period of 3 months finished by a competition where all the participants win various trophies.

The "Dhad" club presents a program (I'm writing...) directed to all students, concerned with writing in the field of poetry and fiction, and focuses on developing young people's skills in creative writing;

Latest Projects
It is a joint program between the Algerian Ministry of Interior, the United Nations Development Program and the European Union, as it targets 10 model municipalities in cooperation with local associations to establish development projects in axes related to the economy of the model municipalities
My Start-up is a project that aims to contribute in enhancing the capabilities of youth in the field of establishing and running start-ups by training and accompanying students in order to develop action plans for three start-ups in The field of information and communication technology.
This project comes within the framework of the National Youth Plan 2020/2024 announced by the algerian Ministry of Youth and Sports in 2020, and it is under the axis of employment and entrepreneurship.
An economic project launched by the association, funded by the CapDeL Program. The project aims to train the craftswomen in the field of entrepreneurship and traditional textiles , in order to establish the optimal organizational model for the production process ( a cooperative has been launched within the project ) in order to improve the income craftswomen and promote the traditional textile sector by contributing in its Developing and improving the marketing of its products.
The project aims to train and accompany trainees specializing in leather tanning and craftswomen in the field of textile, and teach them the basics of entrepreneurship, how to establish and run a company, and search for suitable financing for it. The program also witnessed an applied aspect to improve the quality of products and various training courses.
رسالة وأهداف الجمعية:
جمعية ريادة هي جمعية محلية أسسها مجموعة من كوادر مدينة مسعد بهدف إلهام الشباب وتطوير مهاراتهم في ريادة الأعمال ومساعدتهم
على اكتساب المهارات الشخصية اللازمة لتلبية متطلبات سوق العمل في القرن الواحد والعشرين. تتمحور رسالة الجمعية على العمل من أجل تنمية الاقتصاد المحلي وذلك من خلال الركائز الثلاثة التالية:
- التنمية الاقتصادية لبلدية مسعد، من خلال تكوين جيل واعي وقادر على المساهمة في بناء القطاع الخاص،
- تطوير مهارات العنصر البشري، من خلال تدريب الشباب على المهارات الشخصية كمهارات التواصل (خاصة الشفوي أو الخطابي)،
- غرس عقلية ريادة الأعمال في عمر مبكرة من أجل تشجيع ثقافة الاعتماد على النفس في خلق الوظائف.
نوادي الجمعية :
1-/ نادي ريادة الأعمال: (Entrepreneurship) ويحتوي على :
برنامج سنوي حيث قامت الجمعية بتدريب أكثر من 500 طالب ثانوي لمدة 5 مواسم (طبعات) في مجال ريادة الأعمال. في هذا البرنامج ، تحاكي الجمعية إجراءات الشركة (من اختيار المنتج حتى تسويقه) حيث يتم تمثيل كل مدرسة ثانوية بشركة مكونة من 6 إلى 10 أعضاء وفقًا لهيكل الشركة (مدير ، مدير إنتاج ، مدير تسويق ...) وينتهي البرنامج الذي مدته 6 أشهر بمسابقة فازت فيها الشركات الفائزة بجوائز مختلفة بناءً على اختيار لجنة التحكيم
-برنامج شركتنا لفئة التكوين المهني
نسخة مصغرة من برنامج شركتنا مصمم لطلاب المدارس المتوسطة لمحاكاة إجراءات الشركة ، يتم تدريب أكثر من 25 طالبًا كل عام لمدة 3 أشهر تنتهي بمسابقة حيث يفوز جميع المشاركين بالجوائز المختلفة.

2-/ نادي مهارات التواصل والحوار (Communication & Debate Skills)
3-/ نادي ضاد: (Writing Skills) ويحتوي على :
لأن الكتابة هي أداة تواصل بين الذات والعالم، ولأن أغلب العلوم الإنسانية والتجريبية تعتمد على الأدب وفنونه كقالب ووعاء موجّه إلى العامة؛ يطرح نادي "ضاد" برنامج (أنا أكتب) موجه إلى طلاب الثانويات، يعنى بالكتابة في مجال الشعر والقصة، ويركز على تطوير مهارات الشباب في الكتابة الإبداعية؛ الأدبية والفنّية، وكيفية التعامل مع المادة الخام، من خلال برنامج عملي صمم بإشراف أساتذة مختصين في المجال. مما سيؤدي إلى تطوير ورفع مستوى الاهتمام باللغة العربية، فنونها وآدابها.

مشاريع الجمعية الحالية :
هو برنامج مشترك بين وزارة الداخلية الجزائرية وبرنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي والاتحاد الأوروبي ، حيث يستهدف 10 بلديات نموذجية بالتعاون مع جمعيات محلية لإقامة مشاريع تنموية في محاور تتعلق باقتصاد البلديات النموذجية.
My Start-up هو مشروع يهدف إلى المساهمة في تعزيز قدرات الشباب في مجال إنشاء وتشغيل الشركات الناشئة من خلال تدريب الطلاب ومرافقتهم من أجل وضع خطط عمل لثلاث شركات ناشئة في مجال المعلومات والاتصالات تكنولوجيا. يأتي هذا المشروع في إطار الخطة الوطنية للشباب 2020/2024 التي أعلنت عنها وزارة الشباب والرياضة الجزائرية في عام 2020 ، وهو يندرج ضمن محور التشغيل وريادة الأعمال.
مشروع اقتصادي أطلقته الجمعية بتمويل من برنامج CapDeL. يهدف المشروع إلى تدريب الحرفيات في مجال ريادة الأعمال والمنسوجات التقليدية ، من أجل إرساء النموذج التنظيمي الأمثل لعملية الإنتاج (تم إطلاق تعاونية ضمن المشروع) من أجل تحسين دخل الحرفيات وتعزيز النسيج التقليدي. من خلال المساهمة في تطويره وتحسين تسويق منتجاته.
يهدف المشروع إلى تدريب ومرافقة المتدربين المتخصصين في دباغة الجلود والحرفيات في مجال النسيج ، وتعليمهم أساسيات ريادة الأعمال وكيفية تأسيسها وإدارتها والبحث عن التمويل المناسب لها. كما شهد البرنامج جانبًا تطبيقيًا لتحسين جودة المنتجات ودورات تدريبية متنوعة.
